    The new 5000-ton lithium vanadium phosphate phosphate project of the second-generation power battery cathode material that has been newly built by Hain New Material Company has just been completed and put into production, becoming the first intelligent digital demonstration plant in the domestic lithium-ion battery industry. Lithium vanadium fluorophosphate is considered to be one of the new lithium-ion battery cathode materials with great development potential, and it is the second-generation cathode battery material for power batteries after LiFePo4. The development of lithium vanadium fluorophosphate cathode materials is more practical than lithium-cobalt, lithium-nickel and ternary cathode materials. The new cathode material, lithium vanadium fluorophosphate, due to the addition of the most electronegative fluorine, vanadium and other trace elements, has a gram capacity of 145mAh / g and a platform voltage of 4.2V. After 2000 cycles, the capacity remains at 84%. The temperature range of -40-80 ℃ is safe, stable and reliable in China, the product quality is stable, and it has superior performance for power batteries.
