Thenew5000-tonlithiumvanadiumphosphatephosphateprojectofthesecond-generationpowerbatterycathodematerialthathasbeennewlybuiltbyHainNewMaterialCompanyhasjustbeencompletedandputintoproduction,becomingthefirstintelligentdigitaldemonstrationplantinthedomesticlithium-ionbatteryindustry.Lithiumvanadiumfluorophosphateisconsideredtobeoneofthenewlithium-ionbatterycathodematerialswithgreatdevelopmentpotential,anditisthesecond-generationcathodebatterymaterialforpowerbatteriesafterLiFePo4.Thedevelopmentoflithiumvanadiumfluorophosphatecathodematerialsismorepracticalthanlithium-cobalt,lithium-nickelandternarycathodematerials.Thenewcathodematerial,lithiumvanadiumfluorophosphate,duetotheadditionofthemostelectronegativefluorine,vanadiumandothertraceelements,hasagramcapacityof145mAh/gandaplatformvoltageof4.2V.After2000cycles,thecapacityremainsat84%.Thetemperaturerangeof-40-80℃issafe,stableandreliableinChina,theproductqualityisstable,andithassuperiorperformanceforpowerbatteries.
