The purpose of this conference is to guide enterprises to complete the energy conservation plan during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, plan the energy-saving plan during the “13th Five-Year Plan”, introduce the energy-saving situation, policy analysis, industry planning, and energy-saving technology exchanges; interpret key national energy-saving and low-carbon technologies; show The advanced experience of the industry's "energy efficiency leader" has helped petroleum and chemical companies to do a better job of energy conservation during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.
永 Li Yongliang of the Energy Conservation and Low-Carbon Development Division of the China Petrochemical Federation pointed out that the energy saving potential of the “13th Five-Year Plan” must rely on transformation and upgrading. It is necessary to promote the integration of refining and petrochemicals, optimize the structure of ethylene raw materials, and improve the efficiency of comprehensive utilization of resources; control the total amount of high-energy-consuming, bulk basic chemicals such as nitrogen fertilizers, phosphate fertilizers, "triacids and two alkalis", and calcium carbide, eliminate backward facilities, and improve energy efficiency Threshold; develop high-tech products.
It is understood that the contribution rate of technical energy saving to the overall energy saving of the industry accounts for more than 40%. Research and development and promotion of energy-saving technologies will become an important way for the industry to save energy during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. For example, the crude oil processing industry focuses on promoting the optimization of the heat exchange process, the optimization of the mid-section reflux heat extraction ratio, and the reduction of the gasification rate; the nitrogen fertilizer industry focuses on the promotion of advanced coal gasification technology, efficient desulfurization and decarbonization technology, and the zero discharge technology of wastewater; Cathode low tank voltage ion membrane electrolysis technology and low mercury catalyst technology; the calcium carbide industry has accelerated the adoption of large-scale closed calcium carbide furnaces, focusing on the promotion of furnace gas utilization and hollow electrode technology; the sulfuric acid industry has focused on promoting the low-temperature heat recovery technology of sulfur acid plants.
At the same time, the entire industry will vigorously promote energy-saving information and intelligent construction. Support the combination of production, education and research to develop production information and intelligent management technologies, and encourage key energy-using, water-using and pollutant-emitting enterprises to promote intelligent construction. By the end of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", a number of enterprise energy management centers have been established in petrochemical, synthetic ammonia, chlor-alkali, calcium carbide, soda ash, inorganic salts, rubber and other industries.
A series of energy-saving technologies were exchanged at the meeting centered on high-efficiency heat exchange and energy saving (thermal system energy saving), industrial boiler energy saving, water supply, water use, and drainage integration of the whole process of water saving and energy saving, and power system energy saving. For example, the energy-saving steam turbine (ECT) unit can solve the problems of low-grade waste heat recovery and utilization, such as large fluctuations of waste heat resources and poor recovery economics; and the improvement of the intelligent combustion control system of industrial boilers can realize optimized automatic control and improve comprehensive operation thermal efficiency; Redox resin deaerator technology can avoid waste of oxygen steam in boilers.
Nearly 20 representatives from petroleum and chemical companies including Shaanxi Coal Industry Chemical Group Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Zaiyuan Parson Chemical Co., Ltd. and Yanchang Petroleum Group Refining and Chemical Company attended the meeting.
